Description
Galaxy is a scientific workflow, data integration, and data and analysis persistence and publishing platform that aims to make computational biology accessible to research scientists that do not have computer programming experience.

- Day 1: Introduction to Galaxy
- 11:00 - 12:00 Presentation on capabilities for workflow management with notes development and capacities for sensitive data
- 13:00 - 17:00 Introduction to Galaxy - hands on session.
- Day 2: RNA-seq analysis with Galaxy.
