Creating markdown-driven presentations in Quarto
Description
Training materials created using Markdown benefit from easier adaptability and broader distribution. Markdown-driven slides shine when interfaced with code elements but moving from Powerpoint to can be quite a step. Quarto is a system that simplifies creation of documents that interface various programming languages such as Python, R and Julia and enables users to create slides as PDF and HTML; within limits it is also possible to create Powerpoint presentations.
In this webinar, I will show to create presentations for teaching and data science communication.
This seminar is for you if you have heard about Markdown-driven slides but have not yet mastered authoring them. I will share my experience in creating slides for teaching and perform some hands on presentations.

Requirements
You need to install Quarto or update to a recent version (>1.3).
You can use RStudio and R, or Visual Studio code, which is recommended with Python.
