Minerva

The MINERVA Platform is a standalone webserver for visual exploration, analysis and management of molecular networks encoded in systems biology formats (see below). Visualization of uploaded networks generated by the platform is accessible via a web browser to all viewers with the weblink to the resource.

The MINERVA Platform is a key tool we use to deliver our services related to disease maps.

Visit MINERVA homepage (https://minerva.uni.lu) for documentation, links to the open code repository and issue trackers, example instances, and demonstrations of use. Our code is in stable development since 2012, and you may check some of our key publications:

The MINERVA Platform is one of tools regularly used by the Disease Maps Community to support open access research projects focused on human physiology and diseases.
