As data provider

To host your data with ELIXIR Luxembourg, contact our data stewards. We’ll discuss your use case and help you:

  • Choose an access model - Open (for anonymised data) or controlled access with a Data Access Committee review
  • Secure data transfer & hosting - Safe channels and GDPR-compliant environment
  • Curate your metadata - Re-pseudonymisation support and integration with the Data Catalogue

By default, hosting agreements are concluded for 10 years to enable long-term data preservation and re-use. Services are provided free of charge.

As data user

Browse the Data Catalogue to find datasets of interest and click “Request Data Access”. Our data stewards will guide you through the process, which may include a Data Access Committee review. Once approved, you’ll sign a Data Use Agreement and gain access to the data.
